I’m not sure if I would want meal delivery for that many meals and I would be open to a subscription package for juice, spreads and crackers. Maybe a tiered subscription of sorts.

Fit for Life was the first book I read that opened my eyes to nutrition and set me me on a life-long quest to get and stay healthy that continues today. You could say the Diamonds changed my life. I now host a podcast about nutrition and fitness. Thank you for sharing your story of meeting him.

I’m re-reading Fit for Life after 35 years. It is a truthful now as it was then. Wish I would have stuck to it, now I’m paying special attention to the wisdom of food combining at age 70. God bless you Harvey!

I was delightfully surprised to find this hidden treasure while visiting from Southern Illinois recently. So many places have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options but still use either refined white sugar, artificial sweeteners or a combination of both. Nutritrious You is the real deal and I will spread the word. Food and deserts were top shelf!!!
