There are several positions available at the moment. They could be combined into one job depending on an applicant’s professional experience. Applicants should meet the majority of requirements listed below.

Each job has a 4 week trial period where we learn if it is a good fit for all parties. It is followed by a 90 day probation period. If completed successfully, a review meeting will be followed at the end of the period with consideration for increase in pay. Increase in pay is always given to those who excel at the below requirements and responsibilities.

This is a mission-oriented business and we are looking for like-minded passionate individuals. A preference is given to a person who is passionate about the organic movement, the nutrition/health/wellness fields, and who is a vegan/vegetarian, leading eco-conscious mindful lifestyle.

Hours: flexible morning hours during the training period with 30-40 hours in the future.

Pay: $9/hr to start.

Shop Handler/Face of Nutritious You Brand:

– Upbeat personality, excellent customer service and sales skills.

– Extremely neat and clean.

– Positive can-do attitude, takes instructions/feedback well.

– Excellent work ethic.

– Reliable transportation and punctual.

– Multitasking abilities.

– Basic knowledge of nutrition or health & wellness fields.

Responsibilities include: taking care of the shop customers, refilling inventory, keeping the store neat and clean, making coffee, managing expiration dates, helping at the kitchen with the tasks below during idle time.

Kitchen Help:

Requirements:

– Upbeat personality.

– Extremely neat and clean.

– Positive can-do attitude, takes instructions/feedback well.

– Loves to cook for others.

– Excellent work ethic.

– Reliable transportation and punctual.

– Not afraid of fast-paced kitchen environment.

– Multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities: prep work in the kitchen, cleaning the kitchen and all other rooms, washing dishes, coffee making, refilling inventory, cleaning floors, shelves, carrying heavy boxes, taking trash out, labeling, packaging food, keeping the whole place clean.
